Oliver Rix stars in "Of Kings and Prophets" on ABC as David.

British actor Oliver Rix has appeared on UK television in recurring roles in BBC's "WPC 56" and "The Musketeers." He also guest starred in ITV's "Midsomer Murders" and appeared in BBC's miniseries "Death Comes to Pemberley."

Onstage, Rix has performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company in productions of "Richard II," "Cardenio," "The City Madam" and "Marat/Sade." He was also seen in "Narrative" at Royal Court and "I Am a Camera" at Southwark Playhouse.

Rix trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), where he performed in stage productions "The Thousand and Second Night," "Breathing Corpses," "An Inspector Calls," "Sexual Perversity in Chicago," "Love and Money," "Diamond Blades," "Love for Love," "'Tis Pity She's a Whore," "Measure for Measure," "The Three Sisters" and "Festen."

Rix earned his BA in English from Trinity College at Oxford University, where he performed onstage in "Richard III" and "Oedipus."
