Paul Boyd is a New York-based correspondent for the syndicated newsmagazine "Inside Edition," as well as the co-anchor of "Inside Edition Weekend." He's covered many of the biggest national and international news stories during his time with the award-winning newsmagazine.

Boyd currently leads "Inside Edition's" coverage of George Zimmerman's murder trial following the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. He also reported extensively on the Casey Anthony trial and her stunning acquittal.

filed several reports on the military operation that killed Osama bin Laden. He traveled to Pakistan years earlier for "Inside Edition" and followed the hunt for bin Laden in the dangerous tribal region known as Waziristan.

Boyd's international reporting also includes the deadly "7/7" terror attacks in London and lengthy assignments in Iraq and Afghanistan during both wars.

During his reporting of the Times Square car bombing attempt, Boyd broke news when he documented the Connecticut apartment of terrorist Faisal Shahzad. Boyd was also dispatched to cover the Fort Hood shootings, the Virginia Tech college massacre, Hurricane Katrina, the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster and the devastating crash of American Airlines Flight 587. He reported from "ground zero" the day of the 9/11 attacks in New York City.

Boyd has also covered every U.S. presidential election for "Inside Edition" since 2004.

He currently lives in the New York area with his wife, Amanda, and their two sons.
