Bill English stars as Joel on ABC's "Cavemen."
After playing the Artful Dodger in his 4th grade production of "Oliver!," Bill English was hooked on acting. Bill English performed in stage productions throughout high school and continued his training at the North Carolina School of the Arts acting conservatory.
Bill English moved to New York after college and landed a role in his first Broadway play, "Twentieth Century," starring Alec Baldwin and Anne Heche and directed by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie. Bill English also appeared in several Off-Broadway and regional theater productions, including "The Full Monty," "A Christmas Carol," "Dracula," "The Man Who Came To Dinner," "West Side Story," "Wasp," "While We Were Bowling" and "Into the Woods." On the big screen, Bill English starred in the indie film, "The Beach Party at the Threshold of Hell."
Currently residing in Los Angeles, Bill English is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time at the family cabin in the Adirondack mountains of New York. Bill English is also a trained singer and an avid Detroit Tigers fan.
