In 2002,

founded The G Group, a production company and idea lab that creates, develops and produces innovative reality programming.

Earlier this year, The G Group produced the hairstyling game show "Tease." This follows 2006's "King of Vegas" and "Rock 'n Roll Fantasy Camp," a special featuring Roger Daltrey.

was executive producer of  "American Idol" in its premiere season and was responsible for adapting the British format for the U.S. audience.

has also served as executive producer for such shows as "Mr. Personality," "American Fighter Pilot" and "Combat Missions."

As the original producer of "America's Most Wanted,"

helped to create the cop-reality genre.

was awarded six Emmy Awards for writing and producing while working at WTVJ-TV in Miami and went on to serve as senior producer of the hit show "American Gladiators," which was nominated for five Daytime Emmy Awards.

has also co-executive-produced live televised radio dramas starring Leonard Nimoy, including "The Lost World," "A Halloween Trilogy" and "The First Men in the Moon."

received a B.S. degree in Television and Radio from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
