Joshua Jackson stars as Peter Bishop on FOX's "Fringe."
Well known as the fast-talking, self-deprecating Pacey Witter from The WB's "Dawson's Creek," Joshua Jackson has been working in front of the camera for over 15 years, and will be seen next in the independent Canadian feature film "One Week."
Recently, Joshua Jackson was part of the ensemble cast of the critically acclaimed film "Bobby" directed by Emilio Estevez, and the psychological thriller "Shutter" that was shot on location in Tokyo. Additionally, Joshua Jackson enjoyed a successful run on London's West End starring in "A Life in the Theatre" alongside Patrick Stewart. The acclaimed comedy was written by the Pulitzer Prize-winning and Oscar-nominated David Mamet.
Joshua Jackson's feature film debut was in Michael Bortman's "Crooked Hearts," which he followed up with the "Mighty Ducks" trilogy, "Digger" and "Andre the Seal." Jackson starred in "The Skulls," in Rose Troche's acclaimed drama "The Safety of Objects," the HBO Films version of Moises Kaufman's groundbreaking play "The Laramie Project" and "Aurora Borealis" as a troubled young man opposite Donald Sutherland. Joshua Jackson had noted cameos in Steven Soderbergh's "Ocean's 11," "Scream 2," "Urban Legend" and "I Love Your Work." Joshua Jackson's additional feature film credits include "Cursed," "Gossip," Bryan Singer's "Apt Pupil" and "Cruel Intentions."
A Vancouver native, Joshua Jackson divides his time between his hometown, Los Angeles and New York.
