Veteran television and film actor Phill Lewis stars as Mr. Moseby, the hotel manager on Disney Channel's "The Suite Life on Deck" and its parent series, "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody."

Phill Lewis's many feature film credits include "City Slickers," "Bowfinger," "Heathers," "I, Spy," "Surviving Christmas" and "Kicking & Screaming" with Will Ferrell.

At the start of his career, Phill Lewis guest starred on popular TV shows including "Hill Street Blues," "227" and "A Different World." In 1991, Phill Lewis landed his first lead role in the short-lived network series "Teech." Phill Lewis's other television credits include recurring roles on "Friends" and "The Wayans Bros." and guest starring roles on "Drew Carey," "Chicago Hope," "Ally McBeal," "Mad About You" and "Yes, Dear." Most recently, Phill Lewis guest starred on "Joan of Arcadia."

Phill Lewis also has a passion for theatre and has been in numerous productions including "Partners," "King" and "Sincerity Forever."

Phill Lewis resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.
