Brandon Johnson's life began in a flurry of activity. Born and raised in Bloomington, Minnesota, he spent the majority of his youth playing hockey, baseball, soccer, football, skateboarding, snowboarding and his other passion-playing the drums!

Graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a BFA in Comprehensive Theatre, Brandon set his sights on New York City. There he studied at the American Theatre of actors under teacher Denny Albee. After completing his study he moved on to the likes of Allen Savage and Anthony Abeson.

Once acquiring representation he hit the pavement and got to work. Brandon has appeared in over 27 commercials-his favorite being the Nokia "20 Lives Campaign" where he created the character Phil Blitz. The campaign aired throughout 29 countries throughout Europe in various languages. While in NYC Brandon originated the recurring character Michael McBain on ABC's "One Life to Live." In summer 2008, the network brought him back as a new recurring character. This time he played the sexy, loyal ranch hand, Chuck Wilson III. He also has done many day playing roles on "The Guiding Light" and "As The World Turns." His other television credits include the History Channel's "Blood Red." He has also been seen on "Hannah Montana" in the recurring role of Brian Winters.

Brandon has also been lucky to work with some of the industries most talented actors. Soon afterwards he booked "Formula D" for the G4 TV Network.

In January of 2006, Brandon moved to Los Angeles. Upon doing so he was offered a shot at HGTV's "Get Out Way Out!" It's been a perfect fit ever since. He also became the co-host of USA's "Character Fantasy."
