Rachel Cannon has made guest appearances in Disney Channel's "Wizards of Waverly Place," CBS's "Two and a Half Men," "The Big Bang Theory," "The New Adventures of Old Christine" and "CSI: Miami," ABC's "Notes from the Underbelly," "Pushing Daisies" and "Samantha Who?," and NBC's "Las Vegas." She also had recurring roles in CBS's "Ghost Whisperer" and VH1's "I Hate My 30s."
Cannon grew up in in Yukon, Oklahoma, before attending the University of Oklahoma where she studied Film and Television. She was a member of the Pom-Pom Squad in high school and college.
A long time yoga practitioner, Cannon became a certified yoga instructor in 2006. She also enjoys boxing, kickboxing and salsa dancing.
