Raviv Ullman, who is also known as Ricky Ullman, stars in "Contest" on Cartoon Network as Rip.

Born in Israel and raised in Connecticut, Raviv Ullman is perhaps best known for starring as Phil Duffy in the Disney Channel series "Phil of the Future" and for playing Kip in Lifetime's comedy "Rita Rocks." Guest-starring appearances include "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior," "Cold Case," "House," "Big Love," "That's So Raven," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" and "Law & Order: Criminal Intent." He also starred in the telefilm "Pixel Perfect" and played Chris Knight in the TV movie "Growing Up Brady."

Ullman made his professional stage debut in the national touring company of "The King and I." He has played both musical and dramatic roles in various regional theater productions, including "Dead End" at the Ahmanson Theater in Los Angeles. He received a 1998-1999 Best Actor award nomination from the Connecticut Critics Circle Awards for his portrayal of Stanley in "A Rosen by Any Other Name." New York theater credits include "The Bad Guys" at Second Stage Theatre and "Russian Transport" at Acorn Theatre.

Ullman is also the drummer for the band, His Orchestra. He also enjoys playing the guitar, dancing, and volunteering with the charity organization TAP (Teen AIDS Prevention).

Ullman speaks fluent Hebrew.
