"The Real L Word" is a reality docu-series on Showtime inspired by the famed, long-running scripted series, "The L Word." The series follow a group of real-life, hot and happening lesbians in their daily lives at work and play in Los Angeles. Sometimes real life is even more compelling than fiction.

"The Real L Word" Season 3 will introduce several new women from the vibrant New York lesbian scene while also continuing to feature returning key, LA-based "fan favorite" cast members. Although the series will straddle both coasts, it will continue to depict these ladies in their passionate (mis-)adventures, both at work and play. Fans can also expect some big surprises and special guest star appearances throughout the season.

"The Real L Word" is created and executive produced by Ilene Chaiken ("The L Word") and fellow executive producers Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz of the Emmy-winning production company Magical Elves ("Project Runway," "Fashion Star," "Top Chef").

I didn't like the way Rose treated her girlfriend. she was so careless, rude and arrogant. she needs to grow up. Natalie is a good girl, she deserves a better person than Rose
