"The Real World" (MTV) heads back to Southern California for Season 26: "The Real World: San Diego" (2011). The show returns in September with cast members Alexandra Govere, Ashley Kelsey, Frank Sweeney, Nate Stodghill, Priscilla Mendez, Sam McGinn and Zach Nichols.

The first season, set in New York City, debuted in 1992 Each season, the show brings seven, and now eight, young adults to live together in a new city and rolls the cameras 24-7, witnessing as their lives intersect, their ideas are challenged and their passions emerge.
"The Real World" was created for MTV by Jon Murray and Mary-Ellis Bunim of Bunim-Murray Productions. Jon Murray and Jim Johnston serve as Executive Producers of "The Real World: Las Vegas" (2011). Jacquelyn French is the MTV executive overseeing the project.

The diverse group includes a Zimbabwean Gymnast, a Professional Football Player, a Nuclear Engineer, a Drag King, a Model, a Bisexual Recent Graduate, and a San Diego Native who, as the youngest in the house, may have something to teach her roommates yet. The endless summer awaits.
