Rebecca Cardon is one of the fitness trainers featured in Bravo's docu-series, "Work Out."
Rebecca Cardon was born into a fitness loving family in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Her mom practices yoga and runs marathons and her father is a competitive weight lifter. Her father started taking her to the gym with him when she was five years old and little Rebecca would do pull-ups while he said: "One more and I'll get you a candy bar." Today, Rebecca Cardon can still do 20 pull-ups and both father and daughter hold world records in bench pressing.
Rebecca Cardon was a broadcasting major at George Mason University in Washington, D.C. After moving to Los Angeles, Rebecca Cardon initially took acting classes, but eventually transitioned to fitness and has been training clients for four years. Rebecca Cardon also placed third as a competitor on the Emmy Award-winning series "The Amazing Race."
Along with personal training, Rebecca Cardon is exploring the world of television hosting. Rebecca Cardon is currently the spokesperson for the "Bun and Thigh Track" and "The Bean," both state of the art fitness products.
As for her love life, Rebecca Cardon is struggling in the status quo after her semi-relationship with Jackie ended. Rebecca Cardon may be jealous of Jackie's new girlfriend or just a little sad because she's lost Jackie's time and attention. Whatever the case may be, Rebecca is determined to regain as much of Jackie's time as she can.
Rebecca Cardon's fitness and health philosophy: Example isn't the best way to influence people…it's the only way!!
