Rick Zultner from "Human Resources" stars in the Pivot reality docu-series. He works at TerraCycle, a company that makes consumer products from waste.

With an engineering background from Rutgers and a Masters in Green Technology from USC, Rick Zultner fits the bill for a scientist at an innovative eco-venture like TerraCycle. He is a key player in taking Tom Szaky's preconceived notions and turning them into a definitive "yes" or "no," although it better be the former! It often takes Rick a minute to say a five-second sentence, since layman's terms are not on his radar.

In all aspects of life, Rick weighs the pros and cons with his head instead of his heart, since "it is logical," as he intones Spock. In addition to figuring out which plastics mix best when pelletizing waste, Rick frequently contemplates the zombie apocalypse and the best survival scenarios; a result of binging on "The Walking Dead." Rick is more than a brain, as he was a two-time lightweight rowing National Champion in high school.
