Roger Cross stars as Curtis Manning on FOX's "24." Roger Cross won a Screen Actors Guild Award for his performance. Roger Cross also plays Sonny, aka Emcee Sunset Boulevard, on Showtime's "The L Word." Roger Cross graduated from Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C., with a degree in Aviation and General Studies. Roger Cross wanted to become a pilot after his first plane ride at the age of 11. But before he could accept a full-time position in aviation, Roger Cross was cast in the feature film "The International Rescue," which sent him to China, Vietnam and Burma. The incredible experience changed his career objective, and he quickly switched gears and became a successful working actor. In addition to his many television credits, Roger Cross has appeared in a number of feature films, including "The Day The Earth Stood Still," "Noah's Ark: The New Beginning," "Mad Money" and Oliver Stone's "World Trade Center" opposite Nicolas Cage and Maggie Gyllenhaal. Other film credits include "King's Ransom," "Beautiful Joe" with Sharon Stone, "The Chronicles of Riddick" and "X-Men 2." Before becoming a series regular on "24," Roger Cross was seen on several other notable programs, including Steven Spielberg's "Taken," Francis Ford Coppola's "First Wave," "Peacemakers" with Tom Berenger and several episodes of "The Outer Limits." Roger Cross was recently seen on "Bionic Woman" and several episodes of "Outer Limits" and the critically acclaimed series, "The 4400." Roger Cross, who was born in Jamaica and moved to Vancouver, B.C., Canada, at the age of 11, lives in Los Angeles.
