Sam Jaeger's inherent talent and carefully selected roles have him poised to become a major leading man in Hollywood. Sam Jaeger was just seen in the romantic comedy "Catch & Release," also starring Jennifer Garner and Kevin Smith. Written and directed by Susannah Grant, writer of "Erin Brockovich" and "In Her Shoes," the film opened in January 2007.
Sam Jaeger's other credits include the A&E biopic "The Riverman," opposite Carey Elwes and Bruce Greenwood, and the indy hit "Lucky Number Slevin," opposite Bruce Willis and Josh Hartnett, which was seen at Sundance Film Festival in 2006 and opened nationally to critical acclaim.
Sam Jaeger began his professional career in New York while attending college, landing a guest-starring role on "Law & Order." Sam Jaeger also spent several seasons doing theater in NY before making the move to Los Angeles. Once in LA, Sam Jaeger landed parts in two feature films, "Traffic" and "Behind Enemy Lines." After those standout roles, Sam Jaeger won the powerful role opposite Bruce Willis and Colin Farrell in MGM's "Hart's War." In the years following, Sam Jaeger has built an impressive television resume, including roles in such hits as "ER," "CSI," "The West Wing," "NYPD Blue," "Scrubs," "That's Life" and "Girls Club."
In addition to his film and small screen credits, Sam Jaeger has also co-written and co-produced two short films. The first, "Quiz Bowl," caught the eye of actress Kate Bosworth (Superman), who later agreed to star in his next short, "Advantage Hart." "Advantage Hart" had its premiere at The Hollywood Film Festival. Sam Jaeger is currently working on his feature directorial debut, "Take Me Home."
