Sam Jones III stars in "Blue Mountain State" on Spike TV as Craig Shilo.

Sam Jones III is well known for playing Pete Ross on The CW's "Smallville" and Chaz Pratt on NBC's "ER." He has also appeared in episodes of "NYPD Blue," "Army Wives," "Bones," "The Practice," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and "7th Heaven."

His feature film credits include MGM's "Home of the Brave," opposite Jessica Biel and Samuel L. Jackson, "Glory Road," opposite Josh Lucas and Derek Luke, to name a few.

Sam grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, where he acted in local commercials. His breakthrough performance came in David Goyer's movie "Zigzag," for which he earned critical praise for playing the lead role of an autistic young man.

In 2011, Sam was sentenced to a year in prison for conspiring to sell more than 10,000 pills of the painkiller Oxycodone.
