Born in Johannesburg, South Africa and raised in Las Vegas before moving to Los Angeles, Sasha Pieterse grew up around show business. Sasha Pieterse's parents were professional dance partners who performed all over the world, and Sasha loved being on stage with them, sparking a passion for acting. Sasha Pieterse got her start in television at the young age of six, co-starring as Buffy on The WB comedy series remake of the classic series, "Family Affair" (2002), opposite Gary Cole. Sasha Pieterse then continued on to play Cole's daughter on "Wanted."
Sasha Pieterse's television career continued as she guest starred on "House" in a critically acclaimed performance as a young cancer victim, and appeared in the SCI FI series "Stargate SG-1." Sasha Pieterse starred as the Ice Princess in Robert Rodriguez's "Spy Kids: The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl," with George Lopez, and is in "The Air I Breathe," starring Kevin Bacon. Sasha Pieterse also appears in the comedy "Good Luck Chuck," opposite Dane Cook and Jessica Alba.
Besides acting, Sasha Pieterse loves to sing. When Sasha Pieterse is not acting or singing, you can find her horseback riding, dancing, playing the piano and golfing with her dad.
