Scott Palmer (aka "Plamer") is a leading Skydiving instructor known for launching himself off of buildings, cliffs, planes or anything else high enough for canopy flight. If there's an opportunity to push the limits of human flight, Plamer will find a way to do it. He is the guy that caught Travis Pastrana in mid-air when Travis jumped out of the plane without a parachute in 2007. Soon after, Plamer threw himself out of a plane without a parachute for the Evel Knieval tribute show with Johnny Knoxville in 2008.
