Sean Gilder

Sean Gilder stars in "The Shadow Line" on DirecTV's Audience Network as Robert Beatty. He also stars in Syfy's 2012 miniseries "Treasure Island," opposite Eddie Izzard, Elijah Wood and Donald Sutherland, as Black Dog.

British actor Sean Gilder made his first TV appearance in 1989 and has since gone on to star in an array of English stage, film and TV productions.

Best known for his roles as Paddy Maguire in "Shameless" and Styles in the "Hornblower" TV movie franchise, Gilder has made a number of appearances for U.K. shows including "Kidnap and Ransom," "Casualty," "The Bill," "Doctor Who," "New Tricks" and "Life on Mars."
