Seth Meyers has starred as one of the repertory players on NBC's "Saturday Night Live" since 2001. Seth Meyers also serves as head writer, sharing the title with Andrew Steele and Paula Pell, and as co-anchor of "Weekend Update," alongside Amy Poehler.

Before focusing his attention solely on "Update," Seth Meyers was a regular player in sketches, performing numerous characters and impressions, most notably, an uncanny portrayal of Senator John Kerry for the show's satire of the 2004 Presidential election.

A graduate of Northwestern University, Seth Meyers studied and performed at ImprovOlympic (where many SNL cast members and writers got their start, including cast members Rachel Dratch, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler) before moving on to the Boom Chicago Theater in Amsterdam, Holland. Seth Meyers' acclaimed show "Pick-ups and Hiccups" with partner Jill Benjamin toured Europe and eventually caught the eye of "SNL."

Most recently, Seth Meyers appeared in Paul Weitz's "American Dreamz." In addition, Seth Meyers has written the script for an upcoming feature "Key Party" for Lorne Michaels' Broadway Video Motion Pictures. Seth Meyers can currently be seen alongside Brendan Fraser in "Journey to the Center of the Earth."

Seth Meyers currently resides in New York.
