The SH'Boss Boys from "America's Got Talent 2011" are one of the Top 48 acts in Season 6 of the NBC talent competition series.

The SH'Boss Boys is a rap trio formed by three young friends from Atlanta, Georgia. Even though they have only been a group for a short time, they have developed a bond like brothers. The eldest member is seven-year-old Tobias "Senior Sh'Boss," who prides himself on his dance moves and unique voice. The middle member, "Young J" (Javan), is six years old and has been performing since the early age of three at local talent shows in the area. As the leader of the group, he makes sure the other boys stay on track. The youngest member, "Lil Josh," is five years old and has a lot of energy. He is the comedian, keeps the group laughing and is a constant reminder to have fun.

When they are not doing their schoolwork, the three young boys also help in their community, whether it's performing at their local nursing home or helping out with keeping their city green. They want to be role models for little kids across the world.
