Sope Dirisu stars in "Humans" on AMC as Fred, a Synth who was designed as an older brother figure. Fred will do anything to keep his family safe and the others rely on him to do the right thing at all times.

Sope Dirisu is a television, film and theater actor. He can be seen in Channel 4's drama series "Utopia" and in two miniseries: Channel 4's "The Mill," as a regular, and HBO's "The Casual Vacancy," based on J.K. Rowling's novel of the same name.

Dirisu's film credits include "The Huntsman," starring Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron, "Water Lily," "Circles" and "Criminal."

Dirisu has a long list of theater credits, including "Tory Boyz," "Romeo & Juliet," "Prince of Denmark" and "Red Riding Hood" at the National Youth Theatre, as well as "Satellites," "Fallujah," "Perocles," "Our Days of Rage" and "Marat/Sade."
