"Southern Fried Stings" Season 3 on truTV is a reality docu-series with a Southern flair that follows a former state trooper and his team as they go after people they believe are engaged in illicit activities.

"Southern Fried Stings" centers on Jay Russell, a former state trooper and addiction expert. Whether it's a loved one consumed by drug addiction or a person stealing a boat for a naked joyride, when no one else can help, Russell and his team of highly trained investigators are ready to serve up some of what they call "Southern Justice." Russell's no-nonsense team includes surveillance, security and canine experts, as well as his sassy sidekick, England Simpson, who doesn't hesitate to let Jay know what's on her mind.

"Southern Fried Stings" is produced by Zoo Productions and Studio Lambert and is executive-produced by Barry Poznick, John Stevens, Charles Steenveld, Stephen Lambert and Eli Holzman. For truTV, Robyn Hutt serves as executive in charge of production, with Diane Best serving as executive producer.
