"The Hills" Season 5 On "The Hills" Season 5, Spencer Pratt finally stepped up his game and gave Heidi Montag the wedding she wanted. Spencer Pratt even sucked up his pride and gave Lauren a call to apologize and encourage her to attend. As far as Spencer Pratt is concerned, he's been doing everything right and has finally gotten his life and his relationship on track. But Spencer Pratt has no idea what's about to hit him. Spencer Pratt saw the wedding as the end of the road, but Heidi saw it as the first step on the path to making a family. She wants it all—the house in the suburbs, BBQ's with the neighbors, quiet nights at home, and of course a baby. To Spencer Pratt, it all sounds like a one way ticket to old age. Is this really what he signed up for? Heidi is pulling Spencer Pratt to settle down, but Hollywood is still calling him to live while he's young, and when a sweet party house in the hills opens up, Spencer Pratt ends their house hunt right then and there. After all the good he's done for Heidi, Spencer Pratt is not about to compromise any further. "The Hills" Season 4 On "The Hills" Season 4, Spencer Pratt made the big play in Vegas and won Heidi Montag back, but he also got her in trouble at work and has a lot of making up to do. Just when he convinces Heidi to move back in and get their lives back on track, Heidi's sister Holly shows up in LA and moves into their apartment. Spencer Pratt has to find a way to get rid of Holly to save his sanity and his relationship with Heidi. But Holly's not the only sister causing trouble. Spencer Pratt's own sister, Stephanie Pratt, has become good friends with Lauren Conrad and Spencer feels completely betrayed. When he sees that both he and Lauren have been invited to Stephanie's birthday party, Spencer Pratt plans a surprise for Stephanie, then plans to cut her out of his life for good.
