Stephanie Anne Mills stars in "Seed" on The CW as the free-spirited "lipstick lesbian" Zoey Jones, who is one of two mothers to Billy (William Ainscough).

Since her early childhood in Edmonton, Stephanie Anne Mills has been well introduced into the art scene. At age four, she began classical training in ballet, vocal training under the Royal Conservatory of Music, and classical training in piano. Many years of full-time attention in these areas allowed her an easy transition into professional musical theater, which began at The Citadel Theatre in Edmonton, under the direction of the great Robin Phillips.

After leaving her hometown of Edmonton behind at the age of 18, she settled into the film and TV scene of Toronto, working on such features as "Mulroney: The Opera," "Eloise at The Plaza," "Gossip" and "Safety of Objects." Her long list of TV credits include "King," "Rumours" and HBO's "Good God," to name a few.

A resident of Toronto, Mills has also lent her voice to a host of animated series including "Sidekick," "Total Drama Island," "My Dad the Rockstar" and "Iggy Arbuckle."
