Stephen Thompson stars in BBC America's post-zombie apocalypse drama "In the Flesh," as a childhood friend of Kieren and Rick, Philip Wilson, who is working his way up the ranks of Roarton's powerful Parish Council, where he hopes to become Oddie's right-hand man.

Stephen Thompson received his BA in Acting from the Drama Centre London in 2012. While there, he performed in stage productions of "The Last Days of Judas Iscariot," "The Bear," "Our Country's Good," "Two Gentlemen of Verona," "Fuenteovejuna" and "The Storm." Since graduating, he was seen in "Confetti" with the Furious Theatre Tour.

On UK television, Thompson has been seen in episodes of BBC's mystery drama "Father Brown" and the long-running soap opera "Doctors."

Thompson enjoys ballet, Thai boxing and football.
