"The Suite Life Movie" on Disney Channel is the third iteration of the popular comedy franchise, including the hit series "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" and "The Suite Life on Deck." The movie stars Cole Sprouse, Dylan Sprouse, Brenda Song, Debby Ryan, Matthew Timmons and Phill Lewis, who all reprise their roles.

The action-adventure-comedy finds Zack and Cody facing the relatable challenges of growing up, especially as twins, but now they also must depend on each other to navigate the mysterious Gemini Project and its leader, Dr. Olsen.

Filmed in Vancouver, Canada, the movie utilized a variety of local sites including the Vancouver Aquarium which serves as the fictitious Pacific North West Marine Biology Reserve. Its staff of dolphin trainers is also seen in the movie. Other locations include a passenger ferry at Deas Island, which served as the exterior of the S.S. Tipton; Flavelle Mill as the sawmill at the Gemini Project, in Port Moody; and the Wildplay Adventure Park at Maple Ridge, site where the aerial obstacle rope course was filmed.

In the movie, Cody receives an opportunity to participate in a prestigious internship program, abandoning the plans Bailey made for a perfect spring break together. Upset, Bailey cuts off all communication, leaving Cody sadly pursuing his dreams alone at the Pacific North West Marine Biology Reserve.

During Cody's orientation, a true-to-form Zack mischievously gets inside a billion-dollar deep sea submersible, accidentally breaks through the sea wall, and launches the equipment into the ocean, losing it forever. As a result, Cody is kicked out of the program and vows never to speak to his brother again.

Soon thereafter, the brothers are approached by Dr. Olsen, head of the Gemini Project, a high-tech research center studying the dynamics between twins. He offers Cody a scholarship to Yale in exchange for his participation in the Gemini Project research, with Zack. After much contemplation, the boys embark on a 50-mile journey to the Gemini Project and agree to stay on its campus for the week.

There, the boys befriend two other sets of twins—Nellie and Kellie, and Ben and Sven—who display odd similarities.

Soon, the boys find themselves interconnected like never before: when one twin experiences a sensation, thought or feeling, the other twin feels it too. Their feelings become more and more real, causing tension between the brothers that they do not understand. In one scene, the boys fight each other by beating themselves up—a scene choreographed in perfect unison by Dylan and Cole Sprouse.

Though Zack and Cody are very different, they soon become more alike than ever and strange occurrences including being chased by more than 65 sets of twins, make them resolve to work together to uncover the truth about the Gemini Project.

"The Suite Life Movie" cast includes Cole Sprouse as Cody Martin, Dylan Sprouse as Zack Martin, Brenda Song as London Tipton, Debby Ryan as Bailey Pickett, Phill Lewis as Mr. Moseby, Matthew Timmons as Woody Fink, John Ducey ("JONAS) as Dr. Spaulding, Matthew Glave ("The Wedding Singer," "Army Wives") as Dr. Olsen, Katelyn Pacitto ("Everybody Hates Chris") as Nellie and Kara Pacitto ("Everybody Hates Chris") as Kellie.

The screenplay was written by Michael Saltzman (writer of "The Pink Panther," executive-producer of "Murphy Brown") and Robert Horn (writer of Broadway's "13," writer/producer of "Designing Women," writer of "Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure"). "The Suite Life Movie" was directed by Sean McNamara (executive-producer of "Even Stevens," producer of "That's So Raven," director of "Zeke and Luther"); executive produced by Pamela Eells O'Connell ("The Suite Life on Deck," "Family Matters"), Irene Dreayer ("The Suite Life on Deck," "Sister, Sister"), Jessica Rhoades ("Den Brother"), Cole Sprouse and Dylan Sprouse; and produced by Tracey Jeffrey ("Psych").
