As an experienced NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor, Sunny Shah consistently performs beyond expectations to achieve the best possible results for 320 Sports clients. He takes extreme pride in providing his clients with high quality career management, as well as tools and services necessary to enhance personal growth. He takes a unique approach with each client, by focusing on their individual needs and long-term career planning. Sunny manages all aspects of 320 Sports' growing football representation business. His expertise is in the area of contract negotiations, but he is also involved with marketing and endorsement opportunities for all clients, as well as interaction with team management and NFL officials from issues ranging from placement of free agents to assisting in the litigation of player grievances.
Recently at the 2009 NFL Draft, Shah represented Eugene Monroe, who was selected as the 8th overall pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars. This is quite an accomplishment as it ranks Shah as one of the youngest agents to represent at top 10 NFL Draft Pick, but also catapults 320 Sports into the ranks of the major sports agencies.
Prior to founding 320 Sports, Shah was a successful Investment Banker at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) as well as Wachovia Securities. It was here that he developed valuable skills in contract negotiation, relationship building, and problem solving. He combined that knowledge with his leadership skills to form his approach as a sports agent. At CSFB, Sunny focused on new business development and equity offering executions for public companies in the technology, energy and financial sectors.
Shah graduated in the top 2% of his class from the University of Virginia with an Honors B.A. in Economics. He currently resides in New York City.
