Tammin Sursok joined the cast of CBS's "The Young and the Restless" as Colleen Carlton in July 2007 and was nominated for her first Daytime Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Younger Actress in 2008.

Tammin Sursok also stars as Courtney in Nickelodeon's original movie musical, "Spectacular!"

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Sursok's family relocated to Sydney, Australia, when she was 5 years old.  Tammin Sursok studied speech and drama at Trinity College of London and graduated in 1999. Tammin Sursok was a member of the Sydney Youth Musical Theatre and participated in all of her school's stage productions. While in high school, Tammin Sursok landed her first TV role in the Australian television production "Home and Away," which earned her an Austrailian Logie Award and an Australian of the Year nomination.

Tammin Sursok was later appointed Junior Youth Ambassador for New South Wales, Australia, and in 2003 received the Centenary Medal for "Service to Australian Society and Acting" by the Governor General of Australia. In 2006, Tammin Sursok was voted Sexiest Woman in the World by the readers of Australia's FHM Magazine. 

Growing up with a classically trained pianist and guitarist mother, Tammin Sursok has also pursued a successful music career with three top 10 hits and two number one songs.  Tammin Sursok released her first single, "Pointless Relationship," in October 2004.  The song debuted at number two on the Australian ARIA charts and her second single, "Whatever Will Be," debuted at number three in Australia. The same-titled album went platinum in Australia.

Tammin Sursok was soon cast in the film "Aquamarine" and made the move to Los Angeles to further her acting career. Tammin Sursok guest-starred on "Rules of Engagement" and will soon appear opposite Harrison Ford and Sean Penn in the film "Crossing Over" and in the independent feature "Albino Farm" in which she co-stars alongside wrestler Chris Jericho.

When she's not busy filming or recording, Tammin Sursok enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Sydney and Tiger Bradley.
