The Lollipop Girls from "America's Got Talent" is one of the wildcard acts selected to compete on the live shows on Season 4 of the NBC talent competition. The Lollipop Girls are a burlesque-style dance troupe from San Diego, California.
The Lollipop Girls are a group of friends who shared a passion for dance and came together while searching for a performance outlet. Coming from extremely diverse dance and performance backgrounds including theatre, ballet, ballroom, NFL cheerleaders and gymnasts, the girls ultimately joined forces and fell into burlesque. Since forming in 2003, the girls have worked tirelessly to create a unique style of burlesque that encompassed all their backgrounds. Today, the girls have come to love what their version of burlesque stands for: an empowering form of female expression that balances the art of dance with the subtle art of the tease. Having this group of talented, highly educated women represent burlesque on the "America's Got Talent" stage is truly a dream come true for The Lollipop Girls.
