Tiffany Haddish is one of the comedians competing in TBS's reality competition series "Funniest Wins." Her genres include stand-up, comedic actress, sketch, and writer.

Tiffany Haddish grew up in foster care and took up comedy when her social worker enrolled her in comedy camp instead of therapy. The class clown in school, she's been performing stand-up for 13 years. Haddish sees herself as a cross between Jim Carrey and Halle Berry, a physical performer with the looks.

Haddish credits her social worker for some of her success as a comedian and actress. Growing up in foster care in South Central Los Angeles, it was her excessive talking and imaginary friends that prompted her social worker to steer her into stand-up comedy. Haddish enrolled in the world famous Laugh Factory Comedy Camp for Children.

On television, Haddish had a recurring role in BET's "Real Husbands of Hollywood" and has appeared in episodes of FOX's "New Girl," BET's "The Game," Comedy Central's "Secret Girlfriend," Disney Channel's "That's So Raven," NBC's "My Name Is Earl," FX's "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," Nickelodeon's "Just Jordan," TV One's "Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes" and HBO's "Def Comedy Jam."

Haddish's comedy has taken her all over the world. She recently returned from performing on the USO Tour in Japan for U.S. Troops. She has performed all over Southern California at various comedy clubs and local venues such as The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store and Improv. She also performs at the comedy show "Chuckles Not Knuckles," a program she developed for inner-city high school students that promotes non-violence.
