Tituss Burgess stars in "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" on Netflix as Titus.

Born and raised in Athens, Georgia, Tituss Burgess graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Music. On Broadway, he has performed in "Guys and Dolls," "The Little Mermaid," "Jersey Boys" and "Good Vibrations." Regionally, he was seen in "The Wiz" as the Cowardly Lion at La Jolla in San Diego, and "Songs for a New World" with Jason Robert Brown, Brian D'arcy James and Alice Ripley.

On television, Burgess played the recurring role of D'Fwan in NBC's comedy "30 Rock" and has appeared in episodes of "A Gifted Man," "Blue Bloods" and "Royal Pains." He was also seen on "The View," "Today," "Good Morning America" and "Late Night with David Letterman." 

Burgess has released a solo CD, "Here's to You."
