Todrick Hall from "American Idol 2010" is one of the top 24 contestants in Season 9 of the FOX reality singing competition. Todrick Hall auditioned in Dallas, Texas. He sang an original song for his audition that began with the line, "Todrick is my name, and I'm here to play a part of the game." All four judges voted yes to send him to Hollywood.
Todrick Hall made his Broadway debut in Oprah Winfrey's "The Color Purple," starring Fantasia Barrino. He was also in "Beauty and the Beast" at Disney
Todrick Hall has also written, choreographed and directed a tour of his own original production, "Oz, the Musical." He says that he has never missed an episode of "American Idol" and won't take a job that interferes with the show's schedule.
Todrick Hall is currently living in Arlington, Texas, but grew up in Plainview, Texas. He graduated from Bowie High School in 2003. He is 24 years old.
