Tom Stroup from "Stars Earn Stripes" is one of the special operatives teamed up with a celebrity in the NBC reality competition series. He previously starred in NBC's "School Pride" as one of the experts who help communities completely transform their own schools.

A current member of the Orange County (Florida) Sheriff's Department and a SWAT Commander, Tom Stroup ("Stars Earn Stripes") is a five-time world champion of international SWAT competitions. He is a fitness trainer and he is also a Gold Medalist in the "Toughest Cop Alive" competition, a national competition held annually in Florida.
