Bregman starred as Lauren Fenmore on CBS's "The Young and the Restless" from 1983 to 1995 and returned to the role in 2001. Tracey E. Bregman also crossed over to play the same character in the CBS daytime drama "The Bold and the Beautiful" from 1995 to 1998 and again in 2004. Tracey E. Bregman received a Daytime Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Younger Leading Actress for her role in "The Young and the Restless" in 1985, and was nominated in the category of "Outstanding Supporting Actress" in 2006 and 2008. Born in Munich, Germany, Tracey E. Bregman lived in London, England, until the age of 10 before settling in Southern California. Tracey E. Bregman began her acting career in the daytime drama "Days of Our Lives." Tracey E. Bregman's additional television credits include the after-school special "The Girl with E.S.P.," and the television movies "Three on a Date" and "Sex and Mrs. X." Tracey E. Bregman was a series regular in "Second Family Tree," and guest-starred in the series "The Fall Guy," "Gavilan," "Fame" and "The Love Boat," as well as the Canadian series "The Littlest Hobo." Tracey E. Bregman recently shot the pilot for the series "Tales from the Soulful Earth," a spiritual reality show. In addition, she has co-written a children's book called "When I dream..." with award-winning writer and lyricist, Toni Bull Bua. Tracey E. Bregman lives with in Los Angeles with her husband, Ronald Recht, and her two sons, Austin and Landon.
