Tracie Thoms starred in the Quentin Tarantino-directed "Death Proof" segment of "Grindhouse." Tracie Thoms's additional feature film credits include "The Devil Wears Prada," "Rent" and the independent film "Brother to Brother." Among Tracie Thoms's television credits are a lead role in the series "Wonderfalls," guest-starring roles on "The Shield" and "Law & Order" and a role in the Comedy Central movie "Porn 'n Chicken." Tracie Thoms made her Broadway debut in "Drowning Crow." Tracie Thoms has also appeared in several Off-Broadway and regional productions, including "Up Against the Wind," "The Oedipus Plays," "A Raisin in the Sun," "Joe's Turner's Come and Gone," "The Exonerated" and "The Antigone Project." Tracie Thoms was born in Baltimore and currently divides her time between Los Angeles and New York City.
