Tricia Helfer stars in "The Firm" on NBC as Alex Clark. Helfer previously starred as Alex Rice in TNT's "Dark Blue" and as Carla on USA Network's "Burn Notice."

Helfer starred as "Number Six" on SCI FI Channel's "Battlestar Galactica." Brilliant and devastatingly beautiful, Six is one of a new breed of Cylons, indistinguishable in appearance from their human creators. Appearing only to Baltar, she offers dark prophesies, cruel taunts and jealous rebukes.

On the big screen, Helfer starred in the indie "White Rush" and opposite LeeLee Sobieski as Celeste in "Walk All Over Me," which was selected for the Toronto Film Festival.

Her other film credits include the Independent feature "Memory," as Stephanie Jacobs, a strikingly beautiful painter and love interest of Billy Zane's Dr. Taylor Biggs. Dennis Hopper and Ann-Margret also star. Helfer played Leila Cole in "The Green Chain," a mockumentary; Sasha in the indie "Spiral" with David Joel Moore; General Kilian Qatar in the video game "Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars"; and the lead role of Ally in the feature film "The Genius Club." She also produced and hosted "Canada's Next Top Model."

Victoria's Secret Model Tricia Helfer was born in Donalda, Alberta, Canada, where she was raised on the family grain farm. She fell into modeling when an agent discovered her in the line up of the local movie theater and sent her to New York. There she won the "Ford Supermodel of the World Contest" and began her career as an Elite Model working for magazines such as Elle, Vogue and Cosmopolitan. Some of her campaigns include Ralph Lauren, Channel, Giorgio Armani and she has graced the catwalks of designers like Versace, Dolce Gabbana, and Christian Dior to name a few.

While modeling, Helfer also worked as a correspondent reporter for Canada's "Ooh La La" Fashion television where she realized a passion for acting during an on-camera class. This prompted her move to Los Angeles after two years of studying where she quickly landed the role of Sarah, the hero's love interest, in the two-hour premiere of the Showtime series, "Jeremiah."

Helfer memorably played a model who tries to cut off her own face in an episode of the hit series "C.S.I.: Crime Scene Investigation." She also guest starred as Molly McNamara on "Supernatural" and as Naomi in the FOX pilot "Them." In addition, Helfer played pop icon Farrah Fawcett in NBC's TV movie about "Charlie's Angels."
