TSoul from "The Voice" is one of top 48 artists in Season 12 of the NBC reality singing competition series. From Richmond, Virginia, he is on Blake Shelton's team.

TSoul sang "Take Me to the River" by Al Green for his blind audition. After Shelton and Adam Levine both turned their chairs around, TSoul chose Shelton to be his coach.

When TSoul was a child, his grandmother would sit him at her piano and teach him how to play. The first time he sang in public was in the middle school choir. In college, TSoul joined his school's gospel choir, where he had the chance to perform all over Europe, including for the Pope at the Vatican. When TSoul was nineteen years old, his mom kicked him out. For four years, he was homeless and couch-surfed with friends until he overstayed his welcome. He now lives with his brother in Richmond. When he is not out gigging or writing music, he helps with his family's catering business for extra income.
