Brandon Rogers made it into the top 12 finalists on season 6 of "American Idol." Brandon Rogers auditioned in Los Angeles, singing "Always on My Mind." Simon Cowell thought he was by far the best audition of the day and had a chance at making the finals. Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, Randy Jackson, and guest judge Olivia Newton-John unanimously voted Brandon Rogers through to the next round.

Brandon Rogers attended Univerisy of North Texas, majoring in jazz vocal studies. Brandon Rogers has an indie album out, entitled "Automatic." Brandon Rogers' mother is a published songwriter. Brandon Rogers is from North Hollywood, California but spent six years in Dallas.
