"Undercover Boss: Abroad" on TLC and OWN is the name for the U.S. broadcast of international editions of CBS's "Undercover Boss." The new series encompasses episodes of "Undercover Boss UK," "Undercover Boss Australia" and Undercover Boss Canada."

"Undercover Boss: Abroad," distributed domestically by CBS Television Distribution, has the same hit format as the American version, following high-level corporate executives as they slip anonymously into the rank and file of their own companies. Each week, a different executive will leave the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their corporation. While working alongside their employees, they will learn about themselves, the effects their decisions have on others, where the problems lie within their organization, the perception of their company, and discover the unsung heroes of their work force.

Many of the companies featured in "Undercover Boss: Abroad" are worldwide brands, including YMCA, Domino's Pizza, Sodexo, Best Western Hotels and Isuzu Trucks. The series will also explore brands and businesses unique to their own countries.

"Undercover Boss: Abroad" continues in the joint acquisition model of the original "Undercover Boss" series, which began airing each on TLC and OWN during 2011.

"Undercover Boss" is produced by Studio Lambert, which is part of the All3Media Group, and distributed domestically by CBS Television Distribution. The series is executive produced by Stephen Lambert and Eli Holzman.
