Valerie Harper stars in ABC Family's original TV movie "My Future Boyfriend."
Valerie Harper was raised in Suffern, New York, and began her career as a ballet dancer at Radio City Music Hall. She eventually moved into theater and appeared in Broadway productions of "Dear Liar," the Tony Award-winning "Story Theatre," "Something Different" and "Metamorphosis."
Her big break came on the "Mary Tyler Moore," for which she won four Emmy Awards and one Golden Globe. She then went on to play the title
