Wendy Pepper from "Project Runway All Stars" is one of the contestants in Season 2 of the Lifetime reality fashion design competition series. She was previously the second runner-up in Season 1 of "Project Runway."

A villain to remember on the first-ever season of "Project Runway," Wendy Pepper made her mark in the workroom and on the Runway with her feminine dresses, structural form-fitting jackets, strong patterns and even stronger personality, beating out Austin Scarlett for the final spot to show at fashion week. Since her time on the show, she opened her own boutique and launched a new line called Pretty World.

Pepper is self-taught and has owned her own line for over 20 years. She designs her own label from her home, often "assisted" by her young daughter.

Pepper is from Middleburg, Virginia where she lives with her family.
