Wes Dening is the host of Disney Channel's hidden-camera reality comedy series "Code: 9."

Wes Dening previously hosted truTV's "World's Dumbest" and Sony's "In the Qube." Before that, he hosted Australia's Network Ten's award-winning national program "Totally Wild" from 2004 until 2008, served as a sports anchor on Network Ten's "First at Five News" and co-hosted the "2008 Sydney Live New Years Eve" telecast. In 2010, he was the host of the StarQuest International Performing Arts Competition, a national live dance event held across the U.S.

In addition, Dening co-produced and presented a six-part series filmed in Antarctica. This series was one of the finalists for the 2007 Enhance TV ATOM Awards for Best Children's Television Series and was also nominated for a Logie Award for Most Outstanding Children's show in 2008. He has also hosted two documentaries, reported live from the boundary line for the AFL and reported for Australian Women's PGA.

In 2009, Dening created, represented, developed and produced "The Stafford Brothers" with Matt and Chris Stafford, two of the world's most popular DJs. The show was picked up in 2010 by Australia's FoxTel network.

Dening originally rose to prominence as a contestant in the reality competition series "Big Brother: Australia" in 2004. He came in eighth place and returned on the show in a later season as part of an all-star team.

Growing up in Australia, Dening dedicated much of his time to swimming, rugby and acting. After spending a year in London teaching English children to swim he returned to Australia to work in a law firm, study and later take on the role of marketing coordinator for a Queensland charity.

Dening currently resides in New York City with his wife.
